We prepare globally influenced vegan cuisine with an emphasis on bold flavors and a strong commitment to high quality, seasonal ingredients, selecting produce from local farms, supporting organic agriculture and even harvesting from our very own garden. From the Garden can take care of everything-with unique menus tailored to each couple, an experienced and friendly staff and a positive calm presence on your big day. This Messy Table was inspired by Kabrel Geller, known in her circles for her devastatingly delicious soirees featuring overflowing platters of sweet and savory flavors, berries and fresh vegetables in an overflowing chaotic cornucopia: organic fruits; crisp veggies; savory nuts, chocolates and a variety of dips all bumped up against one another in gorgeous disarray. And while Kabrel loves surprising and delighting her own guests with a seemingly endless array of what she had begun calling “messy tables,” friends urged her to think of this not just as a passion, but a business… So… This Messy Table was born! Kabrel creates vegetarian and vegan tables from San Francisco to San Diego.

There is no charge to the client for my service in that the caterer pays me to be their front of house. We do all kinds of events including weddings, social and non-profit events. Coupe Glass Events caters vegan and eco-sustainable craft cocktails at private events in LA and Orange Counties. Some of our favorite ways to reduce animal products and overall waste at the bar include: swapping honey or table sugar for bone char-free organic sugar, choosing organic and local fruits and herbs, and dehydrating or donating leftover food products. We use compostable single-use items, recycle or reuse liquor bottles, and prefer earth-friendly cleaning supplies.
