This Messy Table was inspired by Kabrel Geller, known in her circles for her devastatingly delicious soirees featuring overflowing platters of sweet and savory flavors, berries and fresh vegetables in an overflowing chaotic cornucopia: organic fruits; crisp veggies; savory nuts, chocolates and a variety of dips all bumped up against one another in gorgeous disarray. And while Kabrel loves surprising and delighting her own guests with a seemingly endless array of what she had begun calling “messy tables,” friends urged her to think of this not just as a passion, but a business… So… This Messy Table was born! Kabrel creates vegetarian and vegan tables from San Francisco to San Diego.

I represent about a dozen different caterers several of whom love creating Vegan / Plant-based menus. There is no charge to the client for my service in that the caterer pays me to be their front of house. We do all kinds of events including weddings, social and non-profit events.
