S+P Plant Based Cooking  A sister-in-law duo passionate about cooking beautiful and delicious plant-based foods. We got our start hosting our own pop-up dinner events, taking over venues and restaurants around Southern and Mid-coast Maine to serve multi-course vegan dinners. We love to go the extra mile to customize menus to fit our couples’ wishes for the perfect meal! We have close relationships with many local and organic farms all over the state of Maine and source as much produce from them as possible.

 

 

 

Akara is a Mandarava kitchen project, based in Newburyport, Ma. Chef Mary Vyn leads our team to perform plant-based weddings, locally and abroad. Akara’s cuisine is bright, graceful, and celebratory — made from scratch of organic vegan ingredients. Our process is highly collaborative; we often coordinate with other artists and vendors to infuse your day with delicious details from ceremony to reception. Rarely we even cook on honeymoon! Menus and service plans are unique to each occasion.

The Vegan Nest Café offers rustic, from scratch, 100% plant based food through a space in downtown Worcester, Massachusetts. Sourcing local non-GMO and often organic foods covering a variety of cuisines from BBQ to French, Indian, Latin American and much in between.
