Green Cart Catering is a 100% plant based off premise catering company located in Northern, NJ. We have combined over 30 years in the hospitality & event industry with the absolute best plant based food. We were founded on the desire to do two things: to provide healthy & ethical cuisine. And two, to provide Vegans, in need of off premise catering, the ability to stay true to their values while still providing their guests an outstanding culinary experience! I am a 2005 graduate of the Celebrant USA Foundation & Institute and I’m certified to officiate civil, nondenominational, intercultural and interfaith wedding services. I will personalize your ceremony by giving voice to what you feel in your hearts so that it may be enjoyed by others. I offer a flexible style that ranges from simple, honest and down to earth to profound, radiant and spiritual. My experience in constructing meaningful ceremonies will ease your mind and lift your heart. A long time vegetarian, I went vegan in 2011, for all the reasons, – animals, health, environment, peace, and love to name a few. The areas I regularly serve in the United States are New Jersey, New York City, and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Anthony Galati “You’re vegan. You’re unique! One of the most unique additions that you can include on your wedding day is a live event painting. It’s more fun than a bucket of tofu. Your guests will be expecting a plant powered painter at your wedding about as much as a seitan section on an Outback menu, because most people have never heard of it. I will create a painting during your event that guests can watch as entertainment, and when the painting is finished later, you will have an extremely special heirloom to remember your big day! My assistant and I have been vegan for many years and I only buy vegan art supplies. Happy to travel from New Jersey to anywhere worldwide to paint an event.”
