Planning a Vegan Wedding can seem like a complicated task… there are so many services, details to cover, how to make sure you can do everything being animal-friendly?

Gifting your wedding party is a great opportunity to show the variety of vegan product options you can nowadays find on the market. Most probably, not all of your entourage is vegan,  but you may want to forgo gifting vegan manifesto items like a ‘go vegan’ t-shirts 🙂 There are many, subtle ways to show how stylish vegan lifestyle is.

If you liked my 5 Vegan Gift Ideas For Your Bridesmaids post this past winter, you’re gonna find these 5 Vegan Gift Ideas For Your Groomsmen quite helpful as well!

All the following ideas are vegan versions of classic gift items for men, and your groomsmen may not even notice they are cruelty-free as the latest vegan textiles have evolved into such fine luxe materials!

If you don’t have a large group of groomsmen, perhaps you can spoil your intimate group to some fine leather-free watches. Votch, for example, uses one of the most popular leather substitutes for their straps, Piñatex. Something your environmentalist friends will appreciate because Piñatex is a by-product from the pineapple harvest and provides additional income for the farmers growing this wondrous fruit. No extra land, pesticides or fertilizers are used in its production, meaning these gifts are friendly to animals and to our mother Earth as well.  Find more styles on Votch website.

Planning a destination wedding? Bring along some beach essentials that your groomsmen will find helpful for the getaway.  Patagonia has a great selection of board shorts and swimwear that are not just stylish but also made of fast-drying and super-light 100% recycled polyester with 2-way mechanical stretch, a DWR (durable water repellent) finish and 50+ UPF sun protection and Fair Trade Certified sewn!

Another great location to find men’s action wear is REI, they have lots of locations in USA and also sell online. And remember, swimwear in general is usually made of synthetic fibers therefore vegan-friendly (just check the label to make sure).

Complete your groomsmen beach look with some fun Sanuk flip flops. Besides being Vegan, they are super flexible, lightweight, waterproof and wallet-friendly.

Spring and Summer are the ideal season to treat your groomsmen with the latest trend in sunglasses. Among all wood sunglasses, bamboo made are the most sustainable option. A fast growing grass, bamboo requires no fertilizer and self-regenerates from its own roots, so it doesn’t need to be replanted. When compared to cotton cultivation, which requires large amounts of water, pesticides and labour, the advantages are pretty clear.  Among the brands using wood crutches: Wooden Style, Kosta, TruWood, Woodzee and Woodies, shown below, polarized and always handmade.

It’s no secret that the men grooming industry has grown exponentially these past decades. And finally, vegan brands focused on men’s needs are blooming too. Get your groomsmen acquainted with cruelty-free products  with Herban Cowboys, Pioneers in vegan grooming products since 2000. Their product collection is Made in USA and Free of Phthalates, Dyes, Parabens, Sulphates and Triclosan.

Another brand to watch is definitely Kings. This Made in UK company has recently successfully completed their Indigogo funding campaign. Their first fragrance “Evolution” is a standout scent, blending a primal base of earth and wood with exotic spice and a hint of jungle in bloom.  You’ll love this brand also for their ethical values, 20% of their profit are reinvested into male mental health and young mentoring projects. To their community and ethical values, they also add a special attention to our environment, as none of their products contain parabens or palm oil.

And lastly, here’s a revolutionary vegan product you can show off to your pals. BOLD FOR MEN is 3-in-1 shave gel designed to deliver a “dry” versus a “wet” shave. No water, no foam, no mess! The transparent gel also allows you to see each pass of the razor, reducing repeated strokes in the same area and overall shave time. It’s innovative formulation also allows it to be used as complete 3-in-1 regimen (pre-shave, shave & after-shave). Rich in essential oils it even nourishes your skin.

Imitating the luxurious feel of silk, Jaan J ties are a great gift your groomsmen can also use to complete their look on your wedding day.

Besides their satin collection, Jaan J ties come in various shapes and materials (like in cotton, knit and even bow ties). And they are plenty refurbished in various accessories like pocket squares, cufflinks, lapel pins and tie clips.

I hope these ideas have inspired you! Do you have other suggestions you want to add to this list? Would love to hear your thoughts, add in the comment area, thank you!
