This Camembert inspired cheese was definitely my favorite. A sensory masterpiece infused with truffle, this spreadable cheese is woodsy and aromatic. I shared it with some non-vegan friends and it was gone too soon! Made with organic cashews, water, organic coconut oil, truffle oil, organic Irish moss; aquafaba powder, sea salt and cultures. The SriMu team also suggests to add Bertie as a key ingredient in your fettuccine Alfredo or on the most luxurious risotto.

 

GOLD ALCHEMY

Inspired by Smoked Gouda, Gold Alchemy, the ancient knowledge of the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric + black pepper are infused into each wheel. As a fan of turmeric myself (I use it in smoothies too!) I did appreciate Gold Alchemy savory taste. Made with organic cashews, water, organic coconut oil, aquafaba powder, organic Irish moss, organic turmeric, liquid smoke (water, natural hickory smoke flavor), sea salt, black pepper and cultures. More recipe tips from the SriMu team: Spread it on a piece of artisanal bread topped with butter lettuce for the ultimate snack. Or, blend with almond milk and pour over enchiladas, bean burgers, or serve as an irresistible dip. Stir into hot pasta for the ultimate smoky mac ‘n cheese.

ELDER

Inspired by a classic Brie, Elder is mild, creamy and sublime because less is more. It was the perfect snack during my jet-lagged days over some crunchy crackers. Inspired by Sweet Gorgonzola, Dolce Vita is elevated even further with brush strokes of blueberry. Adding antioxidants, healing powers and a sublime hint of fruitiness, this flavor radiates into every aspect of our being. Made with organic cashews, organic coconut milk, organic coconut oil, water, organic Irish moss, blueberry powder, sea salt, organic lemon juice and cultures. Me, not ever being a fan of gorgonzola in my past non-vegan days, I was quite pleased with the blueberry flavoring, which was a nice tweak to the gorgonzola classic pungent bite.
